Shipping & Payments

I ship my items the first Saturday after the day you pay but sometimes I can get to the post office sooner so if I can your items could go off a bit earlier than that.

Shipping within the UK is £1.50 and everywhere else £2.50

I will ship overseas but only basic postage is offered which means there is no tracking. But I can offer recorded in the UK for £1 extra if you ask for it.

I accept payment by paypal only.

If you would like to buy an item please send an email to saracostello@live.co.uk and I will send you an invoice. Please state if you are within the UK or overseas.

Unfortunately as it is too difficult to keep track of comments on this blog, any comment requests for items will probably be missed or ignored.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

All my items are clean and well kept. Anything that is damaged I have stated in the item descriptions. I like to keep my items clean and everything I send out is in a condition I would like to receive them in. I hate grubby things and would never send out anything dirty.

I don't santise any products with alcohol and will leave this to you so you can do it how you would like if you want to.

Most of my items are no more than 2 years old apart from some of the MAC Limited Edition stuff which might be a bit older. Most of it is new though which is stated in the item descriptions.
